Display Homes

Our display home is located close to Phillip Island’s best surf beaches and Victoria’s beautiful Bass Coast.

To help monitor and track potential COVID-19 outbreaks that may occur in Victoria, any visitors must complete each section of our Security Register; we are now required to record your phone number and home address postcode. 

All visitors and our hosts must adhere to the required social distancing and strict hygiene measures. To assist with strong hygiene practices we ask all visitors to use the provided hand sanitiser or wear the gloves provided, and would like to remind you to sneeze or cough into your elbow. 

Langford Jones Homes have also engaged in extra cleaning services after each open day, and our hosts will be regularly disinfecting surfaces after each visitor.
